Sourced from smallholder farmers in Dehong, Yunnan, this seasonal Catimor micro-lot undergoes an enzymatic anaerobic washed process. The controlled, oxygen-limited fermentation builds a fruit-forward cup. The profile is dominated by cantaloupe and anchored by brown sugar sweetness. The coffee finishes with hints of matcha. It is roasted light-medium to preserve clarity and a smooth body.
